2. Information We Do Not Collect

When you use the AuraCheck aura generator, you enter a name and a hobby or interest. We do not store, log, or retain these inputs on our servers in any form. Your inputs are transmitted directly to our AI processing partner (Groq Inc.) for real-time inference and are immediately discarded after the reading is generated. No user profile is built. No database is populated with your personal information.

3. Information We Do Collect

We may automatically collect limited technical data when you visit our website, including:

• Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This is standard web server logging retained for up to 30 days for security and performance purposes.
• Usage analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns (e.g., page views, country of origin). This data is never linked to individual identities.

4. Local Browser Storage

To avoid regenerating the same reading repeatedly (and to save you API costs), AuraCheck stores your previously generated results in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data. We also temporarily store your pending name and hobby in localStorage during the premium payment flow; this is deleted automatically after the reading is generated.

5. Google AdSense & Advertising Cookies

AuraCheck uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing behaviour and interests. By using this website, you consent to the use of these cookies in accordance with Google's advertising policies.

You can manage your Google ad personalisation preferences at adssettings.google.com, or opt out of personalised advertising via the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.

Google's use of advertising cookies is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party AI Processing (Groq)

Your name and hobby inputs are sent to Groq Inc. for AI inference. Groq processes this data in real time to generate your reading. We do not send any other identifying information (IP address, email, device ID) to Groq. Groq's data handling is governed by their own Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing it if you have concerns about AI data processing.

7. Payment Processing

Premium readings are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. AuraCheck does not receive, store, or process any credit card or payment information directly. All payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay under their own Privacy Policy and is subject to PCI-DSS compliance standards.

8. Cookies Summary

We use the following types of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary: Required for the website to function (e.g., payment flow session handling). Cannot be disabled.
• Advertising Cookies (Google AdSense): Used by Google to serve relevant ads. Can be managed via Google Ad Settings.
• Analytics (if applicable): Aggregate, anonymised traffic data. No personal identifiers.

9. Data Retention

Since we do not store your personal inputs, there is no user data to delete on our end. Server log data (IP addresses, access logs) is retained for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes, after which it is automatically purged. Your locally-cached reading results can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for auracheck.space.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and India's DPDP Act) including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. 11. Children's Privacy

AuraCheck is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AuraCheck after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be noted clearly.
