1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AuraCheck AI at auracheck.space ("the Service", "the Platform", "the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.

AuraCheck AI is an entertainment and self-reflection platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised aura readings and personality analyses based on user-provided name and hobby inputs. The Service includes:
- Free aura readings ("Roast mode") — AI-generated humorous personality assessments
- Premium aura readings ("True Aura mode") — AI-generated personality analysis available for a fee
- Shareable aura cards (downloadable PNG format)
- Educational content about aura colors, personality types, and energy reading
3. Entertainment Disclaimer
All readings generated by AuraCheck AI are produced for entertainment purposes only. They are not:
- Professional psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice
- Spiritual guidance from a qualified practitioner
- A medically accurate assessment of any kind
- A substitute for professional counselling or mental health support
Do not make significant life decisions based solely on AuraCheck readings. If you are experiencing mental health challenges, please consult a qualified professional. The AI-generated content — particularly in Roast mode — is intentionally exaggerated for humour and should not be taken literally or personally.
4. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use AuraCheck. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should obtain parental or guardian consent before making any premium purchases.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AuraCheck to:
- Harass, bully, or defame any individual using generated readings
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract AI outputs at scale
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Generate content intended to harm, deceive, or defraud others
- Interfere with the technical operation of the platform
- Misrepresent AI-generated readings as professional opinions or factual assessments
6. Premium Features & Payments
Certain features (True Aura mode deep personality reading) require a one-time payment of ₹99 INR. By completing a premium purchase:
- You authorise the stated charge to be processed via Razorpay, our payment processor
- You acknowledge that the digital service is delivered immediately upon successful payment
- You understand that premium readings are non-refundable once the reading has been generated and delivered, as the service is a digital product consumed at the moment of creation
- If a technical error prevents delivery of your reading after payment, contact us at intuzencompany@gmail.com within 7 days for resolution
7. Intellectual Property
The AuraCheck name, logo, website design, written content, aura guides, and all educational materials are the intellectual property of AuraCheck AI and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
AI-generated readings are produced using your inputs and are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share your personal aura card on social media platforms in accordance with those platforms' terms. Commercial use of generated readings requires our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
AuraCheck integrates with third-party services including Groq (AI processing), Razorpay (payment processing), and Google AdSense (advertising). Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
9. Advertising
AuraCheck displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads may be personalised based on your browsing history and interests. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking on ads may direct you to external websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AURACHECK AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURACHECK AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY AI-GENERATED READING.
